Emma Stone showed off yet another enviable outfit at The Croods NY premiere (shocking, right?). But what I really loved about her look is that she took a cocktail dress and made it daytime-appropriate with a t-shirt and chunky necklaces. In other words, she just showed us how to stretch our wardrobe further even though her closet isn’t exactly lacking for fabulous options. I’m so using this trick to make a similar strapless Milly dress I bought for a wedding last fall work for cocktails — or maybe even the office?
